The MidNite Solar MNHawke’s Bay 120 is a powerful 120 amp MPPT solar charge controller that’s ideal for larger DC coupled off grid and grid hybrid battery based systems. Capable of accepting up to 6,600 watts of solar on a 48 volt system, it has the widest MPPT tracking range available – 185 – 585 VDC. And it makes installation faster and easier because typically no combiner box is needed.

Includes a battery temperature sensor and external battery voltage sensing. Display can be remotely mounted and a second display added. Data logging stores 380 days of data taken at 5 minute intervals 24 hours a day. Local control and monitoring available within normal blue tooth range from smart phone application software.

The add-on Hawke’s Bay Breaker Box (MNHAWKE’S BAY BB-125), protects against excessive battery voltage excursions.
