OutBack FPR-4048A-01 Pre-wired Radian Inverter System

Description

The pre-assembled and pre-wired OutBack FPR-4048A-01 Radian power system is an all-inclusive inverter and monitoring system that simplifies your system design and installation of a grid-interactive or completely off-grid power system. Everything needed, outside of the power sources, is completely integrated.

It includes one prewired 4kW OutBack GS4048A-01 Radian Inverter, a pre-wired OutBack GS Load Center 175-PV1 with 120/240 VAC Bypass, one 175 Amp DC breaker, one 125 Amp charge controller breaker, one 80 Amp PV breaker, one OutBack MATE3s system display and controller, one HUB 10.3 communicator, one FLEXnet DC monitor, one Remote Temperature Sensor (RTS), and one OutBack FM80 charge controller. The FLEXpower Radian is also equipped with battery and PV array breakers, Ground Fault Detection Interruption (GFDI), and input-output-bypass.

About the new SA Standard:

As more PV is installed on electrical grids, grid operators need flexible tools to help ensure stability and reliability. Areas with the highest PV penetration rates (Hawaii and California) will soon require grid interconnected systems to have “Grid Support” functions.OutBack Power is certifying the Radian Series inverter/chargers (along with the FXR Series in the near future) under the new UL 1741 SA test standard to demonstrate compliance with these new requirements from CA Rule 21 and HECO Rule 14H.
