OutBack’s FP2-VFXR3648A-01 pre-assembled and pre-wired FLEXpower systems are now equipped with the updated FXR Series Grid/Hybrid inverter/chargers. This means that the most advanced Grid/Hybrid inverter features are now available on the industry’s most trusted and proven systems platform, for unmatched flexibility and value.

The FLEXpower TWO saves time and money on the installation of two OutBack FXR Series inverters. It is ideal for residential and commercial applications with medium-sized power requirements, including homes, farms, small businesses, and back-up power systems. All the necessary components are integrated into a compact hang-on-the-wall system that can be mounted in either a horizontal or vertical orientation to allow installation in more space-limited locations.

The true sinewave FLEXpower TWO optimizes space, decreases installation time and reduces installation costs. And it looks great too!

Each FP2-VFXR3648A-01 FLEXpower TWO system includes:

• Two VFXR3648A-01 true sine wave inverters, 7.2kW, 120/240Vac, 48Vdc
• 2 FM80 Charge Controllers
• AC and DC wiring boxes
• Remote Temperature Sensor
• OutBack MATE3 with HUB10.3
• FlexNet DC Battery Monitor
• Surge Protectors

The FLEXpower TWO System is also equipped with battery and PV array breakers, an Input-Output-Bypass Assembly, mounting locations for AC GFCI Type B style outlets, and additional AC breakers.

About the new SA Standard:

As more PV is installed on electrical grids, grid operators need flexible tools to help ensure stability and reliability. Areas with the highest PV penetration rates (Hawaii and California) will soon require grid interconnected systems to have “Grid Support” functions.OutBack Power is certifying the Radian Series inverter/chargers (along with the FXR Series in the near future) under the new UL 1741 SA test standard to demonstrate compliance with these new requirements from CA Rule 21 and HECO Rule 14H.
