Have existing OutBack equipment you purchased elsewhere that isn’t working as it should? We offer troubleshooting and technical support on a fee basis.

The chart below indicates remote support fees if you did not purchase your equipment from us. For clients who purchased a DIY solar kit or a full service installation from Fire Mountain Solar, we offer a discounted rate and assess any potential fees on an individual basis.
